After growing up in the UK and Switzerland, I lived in rural France for almost a decade. Inspired by the ancient methods of food preparation and buzzing markets surrounding me, I began writing about French food production, food culture and cuisine. 

Since then, my pursuit of gastronomic adventure has taken me around the globe, and my work has been published worldwide. I’m currently living in London, enjoying the endless variety of food and ingredients, and the ease of international travel. More…
