I had a career as a food writer and drinks editor, I have a wine and spirits qualification, and I have an eye for interiors. I am creative and sharp, on top of latest dining trends, and even did a stint sourcing restaurants to feature in Gordon Ramsey’s Kitchen Nightmares.

I love helping restaurants to flourish, and I am sensitive to the fact that restaurateurs’ businesses are usually their beloved babies, so it can be hard to hear that an idea or USP you hold dear needs to be set free.
